In most cases, we stock band sizes 6-24 and cup sizes A-K. This is dependent on the specific brands and bra styles. For example, some brands start their styles at a D cup and others only go up to an F cup.

You have the option to use the Pre Order function on the products we are able to order in for you as always available styles. This generally applies to our basics stock in nude, black or blush colours.

Note that full payment is required at time of Pre Order. Please allow 14 days for delivery of Pre Order items as many of our suppliers are based in Europe. We will keep you informed of the status of your order if there are any delays out of our control.

In most cases, yes! It also depends - on whether it is a continuity (always available) or fashion (limited availabilty) item. Please get in touch with us with your style and colour enquiry and we will let you know the availability of your request.

Aw, we love this one! For our regular shoppers, we keep an up-to-date record of your measurements & sizing on our files. If you can't remember your bra size, simply select the "Simone knows my size" product, and we'll do the rest. Make sure you have had a fitting with us within the last 12 months to ensure your size is still accurate!

You will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking details. Unfortunately, we're not responsible for parcels once they leave our store!
